sat - had chess in the morning, but room was locked so we ended up playing at the stone table outside TA block. was rather funny. then headed off for soccer training. weather was rather warm. mervyn was quite nice, giving us loads of water breaks and stuff. didnt do alot too.. hmmm and then 7 of us went for lunch at coro tgt. then headed to JJ to watch the soccer guys' friendly. i think they played alot alot better in the second half. but they were sort of unmotivated.. hmmms.
sun - woke up super early for flag day at bugis. was grouped with ale and xinyu. i want to do flag day again!! haha although its super super tiring, and my legs hurt from all the walking and standing and training the previous day, the satisfaction you get when people donate really lifts your spirits. my grin was really wide that day, and i was really happy(:
mon - start of enrichment week. had selftraining after the 'play' which was hilarious. hmmm selftraining was quite fun, although not very productive. haha =) then went for lingerie talk. on the way home, was discussing with jo abt the temptation of food, and we came up with lots of silly ideas for university thesis papers and research work for H3! =D spastic. I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT
tues - had only SPH print centre tour. was really cool, and quite fascinating, journalists get paid quite alot! bu i think the work's tough. but hey, you get the adrenaline rush each time you break a story right? life is full of thrills waiting to be discovered!(: then headed down to merv's hse for another session with zhenhe and merv's sis. jeremy came down later. haha lost 5, but had discount!
they were quite shocked when they learned i was playing mostly attacking roles during trainings. cos all along, i've always been the defender, last man, goalie while playing in pri sch with them. haha i miss those days of recess times, just popping a 'pau' into your mouth and running to the field to choose 'orange or apple' for whatever team you're in. i want to play soccer with the guys again. i wish i can dream my soccer dream tonight. (: back on that field with those old friends. one of the happiest recurring dreams i ever had.
oh, and jeremy accompanied me on the way home to fm's hse to deliver his bday card. happy belated birthday bestie! you have been missed!
today - i finished my maths! OMG i cant believe myself too. haha and went for marine conservation talk which was alright. some stuff that has veen heard before already. and cos the 3of us didnt wanna stay for the repetitive uni talks, we left to watch V for Vendetta. damn cool!! (: remember, remember, the fifth of november. there were several touching scenes. =) haha the movie's really great. go watch!!
then had chess, which was a major moving of furniture session. had to move two cupboards from tc block to the squash court area. =/ mr eng's very nice, bought drinks for us. haha then left for coro to have dinner with dy ly and ws. saw some hc soccer guys there too. they're damn loud! haha oops!
ahhh sleep sleep sleep. tmr im going to the asia pacific breweries thing. aye been feeling quite horrible these few days. AND why doesnt my dad allow me to sleepover. sighh. =( i just dont get it.
