wows. yest np was undescriptable.. spelling correct nots? aniwae, we had the usual 2 rounds.. blahx. den 2.4 run. sick mans me. ran extra round. cos i remembered veri clearly that xw was behind me.. and she din overtake me.. but in the end she reached the line first.. i checked wif her and she also say that she nvr pass me. conclusion= i run xtra.. haha. den 30 situps 30 pushups 30 jumping jacks 30 burpees. the burpees veri tuff. now leg pain. ughh. den had muscle cramp during the circle-tingie. haha. weixi ma'am help me make my leg ok.. so nice of her.. end of activity that time i ask evelyn whether still cont my np even though i go nj. she say will help me ask. so keep my fngers crossed now.. whee.

[u me alone tonite] hahaha. den after that went to sit at the pool and play water wif our legs.. talked a bit.. den daddy went to fetch me home. watched tv and den go slp, the fear factor was damn disgusting. eew.
